- Items need to be approved before returning. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org firstly to obtain an authorization number. The email includes: reason for return, order number, full name same as order, phone number
- All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.
- YARD will gladly refund the purchase price, excluding shipping cost and handling charges. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Conditions for return:
Can be returned for full refund within 30 days. Buyer will pay for return shipping cost. Please supply tracking number for transit. Buyer will be responsible for items that lost or damaged in transit. If buyer want to take advantage of our shipping ways, please email us for a request and we will provide return label after approval.
- Once buyer has inflated the item or used, we can not sell it as new one.
- Make sure products returned be clean condition exactly. Buyer must inform or email us within 30 days. Buyer must be responsible for:
- Restocking fee of 20%.( includes inspection, clean, change of new box,repackage,label)
- Please supply tracking number for transit. Buyer will be responsible for items that lost or damaged in transit. If buyer want to take advantage of our shipping ways, please email us for a request and we will provide return label after approval.
- Please keep the original package or comparably sized box. Buyer will be responsible for any oversize charges.
Bounce house has manufacturing defects ( main parts only)
- 90 days limited warranty for bounce house and water slides.
- Buyer needs to send photos of the problem of defective areas by email at email@example.com. Please advise order number and name for checking.
- We will give our determination or solution by email within 24 hours after a careful inspection by our professional staffs.
- If a replacement is really necessary, you will receive an instruction for placement at no cost.
- One-year limited warranty for blower from manufacturer.
- Please follow instructions to reset or change a different outlet or restart the blower.
- If the blower still doesn’t work, we will send the instruction for placement at no cost.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and name.
After the warranty period
YARD will not replace items after the warranty period. But do not worry about it. Please following instruction or guidelines during using, our products are really strong enough and proven to be very long-time lasting. If your item is damaged after the warranty period, we will be still glad to help you to solve questions about repair or reorder at a discount. If the same one is not available, we will advise a similar one, which can be fit for your blower in hands.
