- Buyer needs to send photos of the problem of defective areas by email at yard.alex@bouncehouse.cn. Please advise order number and name for checking.
- We will give our determination or solution by email within 24 hours after a careful inspection by our professional staffs.
- If a replacement is really necessary, you will receive an instruction for placement at no cost.
- One-year limited warranty for blower from manufacturer.
- Please follow instructions to reset or change a different outlet or restart the blower.
- If the blower still doesn’t work, we will send the instruction for placement at no cost.
